1/2 hourly rate of £49.00+VAT for the first 1/2 hour then £25.00+VAT per 15 minute blocks thereafter

Every 15mins After First Hour £22.00+VAT

Prices are for like for like boiler on ground floor with flue through an outside wall.
Ideal 24kW combi boiler £1850+VAT
Vaillant 24kW combi boiler £2400+VAT
Worcester Bosch 24kW combi £2200+VAT
For an upgrade to combi from a regular boiler with hot water cylinder. £ POA
Gas Works
Annual boiler service £75.00+VAT
Boiler repairs £POA
Landlords gas safety certificate £60.00+VAT
Meter & boiler. Add £5 for cooker/hob & £25.00 for gas fire.
Gas cooker connection £85.00+VAT
Gas cooker disconnection £85.00+VAT
Gas hob connection £125.00+VAT
If a new cooker hose is need then add £15.00+VAT to connection price.
